Unfortunately, the message you have received is from a fake/scam page that looks identical to ours. The links below are the only page of Vincere Australia on Instagram & Facebook. They consistently message all of our followers telling you, that you may have won.
**We will never contact a winner via social media, and we will never ask for sensitive and private information via Facebook or Instagram**

Unfortunately, PayPal does not integrate to our checkout system. Fortunately, we have Apply Pay, Google Pay and of course regular Debit and Credit Cards too.

All of our draws are held at 6:30PM AEST Brisbane Time. Generally, if a draw is scheduled to close on a Thursday, the lucky winner will be drawn on the very next day, on Friday at 6:30pm. Be sure to check our social pages for more precise information.
If you’ve entered the draw, you will receive an SMS with the direct link to watch the livestream, so you can tune straight in.

Anybody who is currently living in Australia, yes that includes temporary visa holders, and is 16 years or older.
Your chances of winning are far better than you may think. We have a draw cap on all of our draws, despite no legal requirement as we want to offer a competitive and REAL chance of winning a prize.
All winners are instantly posted on our Instagram page once a draw has taken place. We announce the lucky winner’s full name, state they live in and what prize they’ve been lucky enough to take home.
Yes, technically you are able to win each and every prize draw. Each prize is technically classed as a different draw, and each entrant needs to have an equal and fair chance of winning each prize. However, nobody has ever walked away with multiple prizes.
We have a Justice of the Peace (Qld) witnessing all of our live giveaway draws. They ensure there is no funny business, and all is above board. They witness a Statutory Declaration to that effect also.
No, prizes from Vincere will never come with finance owing. We own all of our prizes and will never give out an encumbered vehicle.

Its quite simple, for $19.90 per month, you will receive accumulating entries into EVERY single giveaway we run forever.
On average, that is 3 major prizes per month. It is the best way to get your name in as many draws as possible for as least as possible.
Yes, the payment is something you never have to think about again. It will direct debit from the same date every month and the same amount. If you ever have an issue here, reach out to us at memberships@vincere.com.au
Of course, if you’re getting serious about wanting a prize from Vincere. Upgrading is the best way to increase your chances of taking home the keys. You won’t lose your current accumulative stack of entries either, it will only multiply with your new subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, simply login to your account, in the membership portal there will be a section to proceed with the cancellation.
Please note: Once cancelled, you will forfeit ALL accumulated entries that you’ve earned.
If you’re a Vincere Pro member , you are ALWAYS in every single draw. That’s the main perk of being a Vincere Pro Member. You never have to worry again if you’re in the draw to win, you simply always are. Best of luck!
You can edit your payment details under your account, in the Vincere Pro membership Portal.
If your subscription fails, you’ll receive and email from us to let you know. We will then automatically try a few more times over the following week. If all of these fail, your account will be placed on a temporary hold.
To make a payment, you’ll need to access your online account (vincere.com/my-account). Once logged in, please go to ‘Orders’ and pay for the most recent order.
This will reactivate your subscription and re-instate all of your accumulated entries.
